CAN I USE ANY LOGO?
You can use any logo approved* by SummerSkates on our sandals if you have the “rights to use” from the owner of the logo submitted. At the time of order placement you will be required to agree to the following term:
“ By submitting your order, you are confirming that you have the permission and approval of the owner to use the provided logo on Summerskates product(s).”
For example, if you are consolidating a sports team order please check with the school administration, association and/or team management/ownership for approval to proceed. SummerSkates encourages teams to use your current team apparel provider for your custom logo SummerSkates where possible. Apparel providers would already have the ‘rights to use’ and can apply to become a reseller by contacting us directly at sales@summerskates.com. We turn around reseller application forms within 2 business days.
*SummerSkates reserves the final say on whether or not we are willing to produce a logo on our sandals. From time to time we may also require additional documentation to ensure your logo does not infringe on the copyright of others (ex: likeness to professional sports teams).
WHAT FILE FORMAT IS REQUIRED?
SummerSkates requires a vector file to proceed. The reason we use vector art is that it is ‘resolution independent’ meaning that it can be scaled to any size with no loss of detail or sharpness ensuring the best results possible in our sublimation process.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A VECTOR FILE?
If you do not have a vector file of your logo (.eps or .ai file extension) then we can convert from a high quality file for a $50 fee.
WHAT IS THE CUSTOM LOGO PRODUCT USED?
Your custom logo image is sublimated onto a high quality jersey back twill patch that is then permanently adhered to our original sport lace sandal bridge.
